在〔開始〕→〔執行〕→鍵入〔Regedit〕

→〔HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE〕→〔System〕

→〔CurrentControlSet〕→〔Control〕→〔Update〕

→將 Dword〔UpdateMode〕的數值資料更改為〔０〕

→重新開機便生效
