過年時做蘿蔔糕,還有一兩條臘腸剩下來。怎樣用呢?芥蘭和臘腸的味道很是配搭。以前媽媽也喜歡切些少臘腸用來炒菜。臘腸已有油份,因此下鑊炒菜的油可以減少些。臘腸的香甜,剛好把平淡的蔬菜平衡起來。加些基絲汀愛吃的魚肉餅,就成一碟平凡中帶點特色的家常小菜。
