這道豆腐泡粉絲煲應該是家鄉菜嗎?不肯定呢。基絲汀要搞搞新意思,不甘於豆腐泡的空空如也,於是為它填得飽飽,我一家也可吃得飽飽囉!這個釀豆腐泡跟粉絲在熱鍋中打成一片,四季也適合的煲仔菜耶!

溫馨提示:


雪菜(雪裡紅)用鹽水浸泡,可確保去除化學醃料,比較衛生一點,但不會令雪菜更鹹的,放心啦!
