食材
煎餃 8顆 (1人份為例) 示範

麵粉水
高筋麵粉 半小匙 糯米粉 半小匙 水 100ml

作法
1鍋熱油熱,餃子放下煎ㄧ煎。室溫下的餃子比較容易煎得漂亮


2餃子底部煎到金黃後,下ㄧ半攪拌均勻的麵粉水。(食譜的麵粉水份量,可煎2份,每份8顆)


3記得蓋上鍋蓋


4快收乾時,翻開鍋面,不再冒泡泡時及冰花變成金黃色,鍋邊的冰花翻起時,熄火


5拿盤子蓋住鍋子,鍋子倒扣。整片餃子便倒出來了
