食材
白蝦 300g 蔥 3支 薑片 5片 檸檬 1.5顆 大蒜、辣椒、洋葱和香菜 適量 鹽 適量

作法
1先把蝦用鹽抓一抓洗淨,順便剪去會刺人的鬚鬚


2接著煮一鍋水,放入綠葱段和薑片


3水滾後把蝦放入,燙一會兒就有紅末浮起,此屬正常反應,切勿驚慌


4燙熟後撈出瀝乾,放涼後開始撥殼,最上相的撥法是只撥身體,留頭尾,但要是嫌麻煩,全身撥光光也行


5等待蝦涼時,開始切大蒜、辣椒、洋葱和香菜,準備調味


6泰國菜必備的要角-檸檬

7把蝦頭向外放射狀排列(中間的小空洞可以燙一些青花菜補上)接著均勻灑上蒜末、辣椒、洋葱末及香菜,再淋上檸檬汁,就大功告成
