食材
高麗菜葉 依人數而定 滾水 一鍋 龜甲萬甘醇醬油 三匙

配料
紅蘿蔔絲 適量 蘆筍 適量 火腿絲 適量 雞蛋絲 適量

作法
1高麗菜剝片,熱水燙熟。備涼

2雞蛋打成蛋液,煎成蛋皮,切絲。紅蘿蔔切絲、火腿切絲、蘆筍切段。我龜毛了點...將所有蛋皮、紅蘿蔔、火腿、蘆筍通通切相等的長度


3紅蘿蔔絲、蘆筍段用煮高麗菜的水煮熟,備涼。火腿絲用鍋子加熱微焦增加香氣

4燙過的高麗菜鋪底,四種顏色的料擺上


5先把料包上...捲...(以橫向來看,由左至右包起)


6兩邊的菜葉往中間包,(以橫向來看,上下的葉面往中間折)


7高麗菜葉收尾,收尾處擺盤底


8高麗菜捲全捲完就可以
