食材
豬絞肉 400克 洋蔥 半顆

配料
蔥辣椒薑 適量 地瓜粉 少許

調味
醬油糖月桂葉 少許 白胡椒香油烏醋 適量

作法
1先將豬絞肉用菜刀再自行剁碎一遍並摔打絞肉於鋼鍋中


2拌入蔥薑蒜月桂葉末再加入調味料香油鹽醬油糖白胡椒地瓜粉用力攪拌


3把絞肉捏成一球一球.下鍋油炸一下定型




4起少許油鍋先炒軟洋蔥,再加少許水及烏醋調好鹹淡,加蔥辣椒絲配色再勾薄芡即可

小撇步
絞肉自己再剁一遍,並摔打幾次,可使豬肉丸子較有黏性並且Q彈好吃
