食材
鮮魚片 2片 嫩豆腐 1盒 嫩薑絲 1塊 蔥 花 1根

調味料
李錦記舊庄特級蠔油 2匙 豆鼓 1匙

作法
1豆腐在盒中劃適當大小,倒扣在蒸盤中,將於魚片擺放在豆腐上


2魚片放均勻放上薑絲,放上豆鼓,淋上蠔油後放入電鍋蒸


3起鍋後灑上蔥花即完成
