食材
鬆餅粉 200克 蛋 1顆 起司片 3片

作法
1將鬆餅粉過篩入鍋中,放入雞蛋攪拌均勻


2攪拌直至完全沒有鬆餅粉,用手下去捏成一顆大圓球


3將麵糰捏出一口的大小


4將起司片三片疊在一起,切成長條狀, 再由長條狀切成正方形後包入麵團內


5使用中小火熱油,將起司球放入油炸


6看到起司爆出就是整顆熟透囉


7爆漿起司泡芙完成! PS.要趁熱吃才有爆漿的感覺

小撇步
1.切忌油溫不能太高,不然黑黑的會苦苦又不美觀哦!
2.麵團盡量不要裹太厚,不然跟起司不成比例吃起來就會有點乾
