食材
雞腿肉 4支 花椰菜 1/2朵 豆豉 1大匙 溫水 2大匙 油 1大匙 蔥綠末 1支 李錦記舊庄特級蠔油 2大匙 水 1杯

醃料
醬油 2大匙 米酒 1大匙 蔥白末 1支 薑末 1大匙 蒜末 2瓣

作法
1雞腿肉切小塊,再以醃料醃,至少30分鐘


2豆豉以溫水泡5分鐘。花椰菜洗淨,切小朵


3熱油鍋,下雞腿肉煎至兩面金黃。為讓成品看起來乾淨,醃料盡量挑出來


4倒入豆豉汁。豆豉已經沒味道了,可以不用下鍋


5加入李錦記舊庄特級蠔油,拌炒一下


6再倒入水,約淹過雞肉


7放進花椰菜,蓋上鍋蓋,大火煮至雞肉和花椰菜熟


8再開鍋蓋,大火煮收汁,即完成。


9盛盤,撒上蔥花,
