食材
蝦仁 100g 花椰菜 100g 玉米粒 120g 馬鈴薯半顆 約80g Classico義大利麵醬~香濃白醬 5大匙 黑胡椒粉 適量 帕瑪森起司 20g 無鹽奶油 少少  

作法
1取ㄧ鍋水燒開。等待時間,處理食材。馬鈴薯切小丁,花椰菜撿小朵。蝦仁切丁。玉米粒可用新鮮或罐頭都可


2水滾後,燙熟花椰菜及馬鈴薯小丁


3取另ㄧ鍋加入少少奶油


4奶油融化後,炒蝦仁丁及玉米粒。

5蝦仁轉紅後,加入步驟2川燙好的花椰菜及馬鈴薯小丁


6加入Classico義大利麵醬~香濃白醬,攪拌均勻。加進ㄧ些黑胡椒粉調味。若過乾,可加些水或高湯


7拌好的料,放入烤盤,加上起司。進烤箱,200度C烤到起司金黃
