食材
A 料:低筋麵粉 250克 A 料:可可粉 25克 A 料:杏仁粉/碎 50克 A 料:奶粉 25克

B料:奶油 120克 C料:紅/白砂糖 (嗜甜者可多加30克) 100克

C料:鹽 半小匙 D料:蛋 一顆 E料:橙末 一顆橙的量 蔓越梅乾 適量

作法
1將材料準備好,橙皮磨成細末備用。將可可粉,低筋粉及奶粉過篩。把所有A料混合


2.B料打稍鬆加入砂糖,鹽繼續拌打均匀。


3加入全蛋拌打均匀


4最後加入橙末攪拌均匀即可


5把蔓越梅乾及A料倒入拌打好的奶油糊裡充分混合成麵團


6拌好的麵團


7把麵團定型用保鮮膜包好放入冰箱讓麵團變硬


8取出變硬的麵團每片盡量切成同等厚度


9排在塗油或鋪好鋁箔紙的烤盤,放入預熱的烤箱裡以150度烤25分鐘至熟。(一般家用小烤箱空間較小温度會較高,烤時請注意餅乾的狀態,勿將餅乾烤黑了。同時麵團切片的越薄烘烤時間越短。)


10待餅乾完全凉透,就可收入罐子裡。 (烤好的杏仁碎呈微黄色狀)

蔓越梅乾可換成葡萄乾或烘烤用的巧克力粒
