食材 ( 5 人份 )
五花肉 450g 醃肉粉 1/2包 桂花 3大匙 蔥段 5支 米酒 2米量杯 香料共和國黑胡椒粒 適量 洋蔥 1/4顆

作法
1挑一片肥肉與瘦肉分布均勻的五花


2灑上醃肉粉,蓋上蔥段,接著加入米酒後,再灑上滿滿的桂花


3加上桂花一起醃製


4用保鮮膜封住,放入冰箱冷藏醃製(醃2天即可)


5把醃製的五花取出後,用鋁箔紙包覆好,放入烤箱220度上下火烤40~50分鐘




6切片後擺盤,灑上黑胡椒粒再加上洋蔥擺飾

7另外也可以大火拌炒蔥段,更有香氣
