食材 ( 10 人份 )
融化無鹽奶油 4大匙 零脂肪原味優格 1/4杯 蛋 2顆 牛奶 1/2杯 香草精 1小匙 中筋麵粉 2杯+1大匙 白砂糖 1/2杯 泡打粉 2小匙 鹽 1/2小匙 新鮮藍莓 1杯 未精製粗糖 turbinado sugar (可以二號黃砂糖代替) 1大匙 檸檬皮屑(約一顆檸檬) 1 1/2小匙

作法
1烤箱預熱375℉/190℃,鋪上12個瑪芬紙模


2將檸檬糖頂的材料混合均勻


3取一攪拌盆混合乾性材料(2 cup 麵粉、砂糖、泡打粉及鹽)


4另取一碗混合濕性材料(融化奶油、雞蛋、牛奶、優格及香草精)


5將濕性材料分次倒進乾性材料裡,混合均勻


6藍莓均勻沾上1 tbsp麵粉,拌進步驟5麵糊(可省略,但裹麵粉可防止藍莓沉澱於底部)


7將麵糊均勻填入瑪芬紙模中,灑上步驟2檸檬糖頂


8於375℉/190℃烤箱中烤25~30分鐘,表面金黃牙籤戳入不沾黏即可
