食材
低筋麵粉 100g 泡打粉 4g 西班牙煙燻紅椒粉 適量 雞蛋 2顆 牛奶 100ml 美奶滋 30g 培根 50g 杏仁 適量 帕米吉安諾起司 70g  

作法
1平底鍋不放油,冷鍋將培根逼出油脂後放涼備用


2杏仁及培根切碎備用


3麵粉,泡打粉及煙燻紅椒粉置於鋼盆混和均勻烤箱預熱至180度


4雞蛋在碗裡打散,和牛奶一起加入步驟三


5以打蛋器拌勻成柔滑的麵糊後,加入美奶滋再次拌勻


6加入切碎的杏仁,培根及一半刨成絲的帕米吉安諾起司拌勻


7將麵糊倒入烤模,在表面撒上另一半刨成絲的帕米吉安諾起司後送入烤箱

8烤約15分鐘左右時,取出表面已成形的麵糊,以尖刀從中間劃一刀後,再送進烤箱烤約15~20分鐘


9最後以探針或筷子插入蛋糕,只要沒有麵糊沾黏就完成了
