食材
牛排ㄧ塊 180g 千層麵皮 4張 焗烤用起司 50g以上

醬汁
中筋麵粉 1大匙 無鹽奶油 1大匙 鹽巴 適量 黑胡椒粉 適量 義式香料粉 1/4小匙或適量 牛奶 180ml

作法
1牛排先微煎ㄧ下,讓其定型。切成八片。長寬高約7*2.5*0.7cm大小


2取鍋,水滾加鹽巴。煮軟千層麵皮。煮好後撈起備用


3煮麵皮時,先做醬汁。奶油融化後,加入麵粉攪拌,均勻後下義式香料粉


4加進牛奶,小火煮得稍為糊糊了以後,加進鹽巴及胡椒粉調味


5麵皮攤開,加進牛排片,包起來


6包好後,用刀畫開麵皮。每片麵皮約可包兩塊牛排


7將包好的牛排,放入烤盤,倒入步驟4的醬汁


8加上焗烤起司,入烤箱,180度C,烤到表層起司金黃。約18分~20分鐘
