奶油啤酒蝦

朋友送了一大包泰國蝦,想著..乾脆用肉質厚實的泰國蝦做這道奶油啤酒蝦好了,
簡單的烹調步驟即可完成~
小秘訣是剪開蝦背去腸泥..不但乾淨衛生吃得安心,蝦肉也更易吸附湯汁的鮮美香氣~^^

作法


奶油啤酒蝦食譜作法,步驟1

蝦洗淨後剪去較長的觸鬚和螯足,再以剪刀剪開背部去除腸泥備用.(不必去殼!)
蒜頭洗淨去皮切成粗末備用。(啤酒選用個人喜歡的品牌即可)

起油鍋,倒入橄欖油+奶油~爆香蒜末..略呈金黃色後可以先撈出適量的蒜末備用。
(留著..最後再加入!)

將瀝乾水的蝦子放入鍋中,以中大火拌炒~讓蝦子吸附蒜香奶油的香氣後,
立刻倒入啤酒拌炒均勻→蓋上鍋蓋略煮片刻..讓味道更融合~至湯汁收乾。

再加入海鹽→粗黑胡椒粉拌炒均勻,
最後倒入先前預留的爆香過的蒜末快速拌勻即可盛盤。
美味上桌嘍! 冷熱都好吃~^^

(★除了啤酒,米酒或白葡萄酒也很適合。)
