預備食材
蘑菇 1盒
蝦仁 (約15隻) 1碗
大蒜 4粒
薑 2片
小辣椒 1粒
香菜 (或洋香葉) 1束
調味料
橄欖油 4 大匙
米酒 2大匙
鹽 少許


備料;蘑菇切1/4塊,薑蒜切末、辣椒切圈,蝦仁加米酒、鹽略醃



熱鍋乾烙蘑菇,撒少許鹽,煎至微黃略縮 ,盛出備用



油4大匙 (鍋底一層) 小火炒香薑蒜末&辣椒圈



仍然以小火放入蝦仁,兩面煎略



Tips ♥ 因為作法2 加了少許鹽,蘑菇稍後會再出水,瀝乾再回鍋



將蘑菇回鍋拌勻,淋2大匙米酒燒至酒精揮發殆盡
  …仍然是小火



加鹽、黑胡椒調味,撒上香菜碎即成。
