預備食材
東石文蛤 一包
冬瓜 半圈
米酒 1湯匙
鹽 少許
香菜 少許

1.文蛤先泡鹽水吐沙至少2小時。



2.將冬瓜約半圈的分量,切成1cm厚3cm長的大小放置盤內備用。



3.將文蛤放置在冬瓜上面,撒上鹽,倒入米酒1湯匙,不加任何水。



4.中火蒸20分鐘,撒上香菜即完成,完成時會從冬瓜生出很多湯汁,
切記要用有凹槽的盤子來蒸。
