材料︰
蛋兩顆
油少許
砂糖少許
和風醬油少許
鹽巴少許

作法︰
1.蛋液與調味品混合後攪拌,攪拌時要避免氣泡產生
2.鍋子先塗布少許油後加熱
3.鍋子熱後先傾倒1/3的蛋液
4.等蛋液快凝結時就可以把蛋從外邊往手把這邊捲起
5.把剛剛捲好的蛋推往外邊,鍋內再塗上油,倒入1/3蛋液,等蛋液快凝結時,一樣從外邊往裡邊捲起
6.重複動作一直到蛋液用完為止
7.完成後,等稍為冷卻後即可食用
