Santi Monteforte Soave - 山堤精選蘇維白葡萄酒

葡萄果實精選自Soave Classico區中心Monteforte D’Alpone丘陵地段面東南方的葡萄園，地質為火山玄武岩層，有著豐富的鈣、鎂、鉀等礦物質。
十月初開始採收成熟的葡萄果實，經過輕微的榨汁，30%的葡萄汁液會經過24 餐酒搭配建議：
