費爾頓路酒莊的Pinot Noir紅酒已獲國際上非常高的評價,被譽為“The name was to become to New Zealand Pinot Noir as Cloudy Bay was to New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.”,可見本莊黑皮諾紅酒於酒壇之地位。釀造時有約20%葡萄未去梗,於法國橡木桶熟成約11個月。有著濃郁的玫瑰花及紫羅蘭香氣。口感輕盈卻有重量。明顯的覆盆子香氣,隱含碾碎的草藥氣息。香料如肉桂丁香味明顯。具有陳年實力。是酒莊代表性酒款。
