在台灣，流浪狗問題十分嚴重；根據統計，有超過十萬隻狗狗無家可歸，有些被棄養、有些則是從來沒擁有過一個家⋯。
而一般民眾如果想幫助改善流浪動物問題該怎麼做？
如果你是飼主，替毛小孩「植晶片、結紮、打疫苗」這三件事一定要完成！
如果你沒有養狗，可以透過支持TNVR，即「Trap(捕捉)、Neuter(結紮)、Vaccinate(接種疫苗)、Return(原地回置)」，讓流浪動物的問題能有效受到控制。
