「所以我勸你，第一要為萬人祈求、禱告、代求、感謝；」(提前2:1)

I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, thanksgivings be made on behalf of all men;(1Tim.2:1)

平常你怎麼禱告呢？每一個正確的禱告，都得在開頭的時候有負擔，而到禱告末了的時候，感覺擔子卸下了，交出去了，非常的輕鬆。
