1. 只是從前我以為對我是贏得的，這些，我因基督都已經看作虧損。...因我以認識我主基督耶穌為至寶；我因祂已經虧損萬事，看作糞土，為要贏得基督。－腓立比書3:7-8

But what things were gains to me, these I have counted as loss on account of Christ. But moreover I also count all things to be loss on account of the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, on account of whom I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as refuse that I may gain Christ－Philippians 3:7-8

2. 我察看我手所經營的一切事，和我勞碌所成的功；誰知都是虛空，都是捕風，在日光之下毫無益處。－傳道書 2:11

Then I turned to all the works that my hands had done and the labor by which I had labored in doing them, and indeed, all was vanity and a chasing after wind; and there was no advantage under the sun. －Ecclesiastes 2:11

For "all flesh is like grass, and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass has withered, and the flower has fallen off, But the word of the Lord abides forever.'' And this is the word which has been announced to you as the gospel.－1 Peter 1:24-25
