再加上一項：

4) 所有以借款日起計算，已超過7年的債務，皆告取消，永久生效。

(就今日2022年11月19日所計，2015年11月20日前的所有債務，包括國家級的債務，皆告取消。)

因不知道豁免已生效而交的任何款項，可以收回。
