弗里德里希·古斯塔夫·埃米爾·馬丁·尼莫拉（Friedrich Gustav Emil Martin Niemöller、1892年1月14日－1984年3月6日）是一位德國著名神學家，信義宗牧師。他以反納粹的懺悔文「起初他們追殺共產主義者 （First they came for the Communists）」而聞名。
成為牧師前，他曾在一戰時參軍。阿道夫·希特勒掌權前他曾是希特勒的支持者，納粹媒體也曾報導過他的功績。但他反對納粹對德國新教教會的影響，1933年他組織牧師緊急同盟保護信義宗的牧師免受警察影響。1934年他參與組織巴門會議。 1933年到1937年期間，在上層人士的保護下，他多次發表言論，希望教會與政治脫鈎，並反對宣揚德國人美德的所謂的「積極的基督教」。1937年他被捕入獄，曾流轉於薩克森豪森和達豪集中營，在戰爭結束前差點被處死。
戰後他致力於推動和平發展和對話溝通。1952年訪問莫斯科，1967年訪問北越。他於1967年獲得了列寧和平獎，1971年獲得西德大十字獎章。
1984年3月6日他在西德的威斯巴登去世，享年92歲。
他也是斯圖加特悔罪書的起草人之一，1961年，他當選為世界基督教協會的六名主席之一。
