Consult your reference library and determine the level of [E8] for GaP and ZnS,two semicon-ductor materials of practical value. In addition, determine the written name for each material.(E8的8是小的)

這樣的問題，很難回答你，因為你提供的題目不完整，再來，老鳥覺得，你的問題應該是英文的部份看不懂，不然，這些問題很容易可以找到解答，這些都是半導體物理的東西...

樓主你混得有點兇唷，題目不全而且少了圖表。

這應該是針對不同材質的二極體，在不同的溫度下，要作答者去描述一些特性而已啊，教科書上應該都找得到敘述。有幾個小題應該只是看圖說故事。

找一下同班同學討論一下就有答案了吧？如果答不出來‧‧‧‧‧
