親子烹飪素食蔬食「吉祥山藥球」│Lucky Chinese Yam Balls
材料:
新鮮山藥、熟青豆仁、紅甜椒末、玉米粉、麵粉、麵包粉
調味料:
鹽、糖、胡椒粉
作法:
1.將山藥洗淨後去皮,蒸熟,趁熱壓成泥狀,然後加入青豆仁、紅甜椒末、玉米粉及調味料攪拌均勻。
2. 接著把餡料捏成小球狀,沾上麵包粉,先放在盤子上。
3. 將炸油燒熱後,用中火炸至表面金黃即可撈出,滴乾油後排盤食用。
Ingredients:
fresh Chinese yam, cooked green peas, minced red bell pepper, corn flour, bread crumbs
Seasonings:
salt, sugar, pepper
Methods:
1. Rinse Chinese yam well and peel, steam until done in steamer and mash while still steaming hot. Add green peas, minced bell pepper, corn flour as well as seasonings to mix. Stir until well-combined.
2. Squeeze and mold the Chinese yam mixture into a small ball. Coat evenly with bread crumbs.
3. Deep-fry in smoking oil over medium heat until golden on surface. Remove and drain well before serving. |
