親子烹飪素食蔬食「蠔油珊瑚菇」│Coral Mushrooms in Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
材料:
珊瑚菇、青花菜、薑末
調味料:
素蠔油、香菇粉、糖、香油、太白粉水
作法:
1. 首先將青花菜洗淨,放入滾水中燙熟,在加少許鹽調味後就可排在盤緣。
2. 接著把珊瑚菇洗淨,切成小朵,然後燒熱1大匙油,把薑末先爆香,再加入珊瑚菇拌炒一下後,隨即加入素蠔油、香菇粉、糖、香油調味,待珊瑚菇入味時,再用太白粉水勾薄芡即可盛入
青花菜中間。
Ingredients:
coral mushrooms, broccoli florets, minced ginger
Seasonings:
vegetarian oyster sauce, shiitake mushroom powder,sugar, light sesame oil, cornstarch solution
Methods:
1. Rinse broccoli florets well and blanch in boiling water until done. Add a little salt to taste and garnish on the sides of the plate.
2. Rinse the coral mushrooms well and cut into small. Heat iT of oil in wok and stir-fry minced ginger until fragrant. Add mushrooms to mix, then season with vegetarian oyster sauce, shiitake mushroom powder, sugar and light sesame oil to taste. Cook until the flavor is thoroughly absorbed, thichen with constarch water, then remove to center of the broccoli. Serve.
