現在在疫情期間，大家都很有壓力，感覺好似壓力破表！
小孩有線上就學壓力，老師有線上教學壓力，父母有管教孩童壓力，醫護有控制病情壓力，年長有防疫周全壓力。
然而，來讀讀聖經，讓你壓力頓時消散吧！

1.凡勞苦擔重擔的，可以到我這裏來，我必使你們得安息。我心裏柔和謙卑，因此你們要負我的軛，且要跟我學，你們魂裏就必得安息；因為我的軛是容易的，我的擔子是輕省的。
