親子烹飪素食蔬食「脆酥海苔山藥」│Crispy Chinese Yam
材料:
新鮮山藥、脆酥粉、海苔粉
調味料:
鹽、胡椒粉、香菇粉
作法:
1.脆酥粉加適量的水調成糊狀,再加入調味料調勻待用。
2. 山藥洗淨後去皮,切成條狀,全部放入脆酥粉糊中沾裹,然後撒上海苔粉。
3. 接著放入燃燒的炸油裡,用中火炸至表面呈金黃色即可。附上礁岩或番茄醬沾食。
Ingredients:
fresh Chinese yam, crisp deep-frying powder, nori powder
Seasonings:
salt, pepper, shiitake mushroom powder
Methods:
1. Combine crisp deep-frying powder with suitable amount of water to make batter, then add all seasonings to taste.
2. Rinse Chinese yam and peel, then cut into strips. Dip in batter and coat evenly with a layer of batter, then sprinkle the surface with
nori powder.
3. Deep-fry in smoking oil over medium heat until golden on surface.
Serve with pepper salt or ketchup as a dip.
