菲律賓 得到買老美12架全新F16 block70/72,的綠燈!!!
美國國防安全合作署(DSCA)公告
該24.3億美刀綠燈,包含...
10架單座F16C 與 2架雙座F16D
15顆APG-83 AESA 雷達....
24顆AIM-120C7 or C8實彈 ...
6顆Sinper蒐瞄 Pod
6顆Mk82, 3顆LJDAM炸彈升級套件,
當然還有15顆引擎
另外老美還另外開放行單
12發AGM-84L1空射魚叉飛彈實彈 !!(加上2訓練彈共1.2億美刀, 平均一顆空射魚叉實彈要價1000萬美刀~3億NT....)
24發AIM-9X實彈(4240萬美刀)

1.要注意一點,
DSCA 只是白宮單方面公告的"綠燈","放行單"...
但是...
DSCA並沒有要求對方一定要乖乖付錢買的義務..
DSCA更不是有法律約束力的合約
不少"人緣好"國家在國際找多國競標戰機時
結果還沒出來 白宮急著放出DSCA拉票+廣告...
DSCA 可以看成華府的和藹善意,
但....未必代表菲律賓態度..
後續要不要簽合約買下去,以及 要一次買多少,都有變數...
該DSCA其實屬於
菲律賓空軍MRF未來多用途戰機計畫 的競標方 ,
菲律賓 目前仍在 JAS-39新機, F16新機 角力中....
而且,
菲律賓MRF當初的預算規劃額度是12架戰機12億USD....
然老美F-16新機在本DSCA內已漲到12架要收26億美刀.... 從這現實來看,
菲律賓買F-16新機的機率越來越渺茫....JAS-39完勝的機率越來越高...

有趣的是:不同於國軍在DSCA前就在官網("我不老",拉票廣告),公開明確使用GE的block70+F110答案
菲律賓這批新機,從DSCA來看,要選GE還是PW,似乎背後還在角力,還沒喬好....
目前國際上block70/72新機已簽約訂單,選GE/PW的都有

3.從DSCA公告的彈藥比例來看
這批F16應該會明顯偏重制空制海並得到老美默許...
另外老美賣給菲律賓的AMRAAM已經出現C8選項,
國軍(C5 or C7)不妨也爭取跟進升級AMRAAM....
值得注意的是,
雖然AIM-120C7,魚叉 老早已出口親中共的巴基斯坦
但APG83 AESA賣給菲律賓,還是有點意外
這可能代表 SABR在美軍眼中的機密層級/能力 有限....
以菲律賓與中共的反覆關係,
菲律賓國內政經,法治,甚至軍方內部紀律管制混亂
這批雷達真交貨後,會不會被洩密給中共,值得觀察....
