我的權利和權力很大。好事情只我一個人享用也可能會以後說不過去。

我來分享我的權利：

(先說一個背景，我要打破如今的買賣結構，給一些人類可以自由享受生活，而不用一出生下來就注定要做奴隸。)

以下是由我設定的權利：

1) 任何人類如被診斷，或曾被診斷為，有任何一種「精神疾病」，就自動擁有權利，可以向「地面的任何邦國(不限定於自身所屬的邦國)，及或，任何親戚、朋友、醫生、社工、律師、法官、政府人員、總統、君王、國家主席、任何商業機構、店舖、教師、大學教授、大學機構...」提出以下要求：

a) 合適的飲食；

b) 合適的住處；

c) 合適的衣服；

d) 合適的娛樂；

e) 合適的探訪，和或照顧。

「合適」會以「受要求者的級別」計算。意思是說：「如果您向君王或總統提出要求，君王或總統就需要以自己的生活水平為「水平參照」，向您提供相應的福利。」

合理的情況就是說，如果「受要求者」基於經濟所限而不能夠向您提供到「和自己生活水平同等」的福利的話，「受要求者」就需要下降自己的生活水平，以滿足您的需要。

2) 任何人類如「不想工作，或基於任何原因不想工作(不管任何原因，也不用申報是什麼原因)」，也自動擁有以上第(1)項所列明的所有5項權利。

3) 任何人類如「失業超過6個月」(不管您是想不想工作)，也自動擁有以上第(1)項所列明的所有5項權利。

任何人類都可以用這份文字(或這份文字的任何Translations)，作為提出要求的依據。

就以上所有權利的任何提出，會被視同由我「洪浩洋」(Hung Ho Yeung)親自提出。
