藉著禱告減輕壓力

「我實在告訴你們，凡你們在地上捆綁的，必是在諸天之上已經捆綁的；凡你們在地上釋放的，必是在諸天之上已經釋放的。」(太18:18)

Truly I say to you, Whatever you bind on the earth shall have been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on the earth shall have been loosed in heaven.(Matt.18:18)

許多弟兄姊妹背負重擔的原因，是因為不禱告。禱告就像水管開放，越放壓力越減輕；不禱告，就像水管被塞住，越過壓力越重。你試試看花半個鐘頭禱告，你的氣就透了，你就輕鬆起來了。
